MUNICIPAL COURT ADVICE DESK

Located at the Daley Center in the Clerk’s office Room 602, CARPLS assists pro se litigants in the areas of eviction, consumer/contract, and tort matters.  The Desk staff will assist with the drafting of pleadings for the clients to file pro se.  Clients in need of direct representation will be referred to other legal aid programs.  The Desk is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Clients will be seen on a first come first served basis. Services at the Desk are free to low-income residents of Cook County .
